Wow! 4 weeks of RED January completed!
I’m going to leave the sentimental ‘hey, look what I’ve achieved!’ post for Wednesday but, oh my, I feel I have achieved so much.
Highlights from this week…
- I have run over 17km, walked 9km, swam 2km, plus aqua fit class and archery (which included another 4km walking)
- I have completed week 4 of C25K and started week 5
- I have achieved a 5k PB of 38:22 (with a friend)
- I have agreed to do a parkrun (with same friend)
- and I have avoided injury!
