Don’t Judge (poem)

The feelings inside
are not who I am
Unwanted memories
traumatic reminders
Judge if you want
or simply accept
it’s out of control

My only desire’s
a calm peaceful life
The fight is ongoing
each day is a battle
I do what I can
what I must
to feel better

Don’t judge my emotions
my actions, my tears
Don’t judge my confusion
the fog in my brain
Until you live in my head
you know not
what you judge
