Isolated

The bustling world
a commotion of
chaotic energy.

Sounds muffled
as distant echoes
reach my ears.

A solitary figure
within the crowds
I watch in silence.

Standing isolated
protected and safe
within my bubble.

A lonely soul
a spectator in the
wilderness of life.

    Too relatable, this… I have written many times, from many different angles… I like that you approach the topic with a type of serene intent; the narrator is outside of the world looking in, right where they want to be at that moment…

        That is okay sometimes! Know that you are never alone… You always have us (fellow bloggers) at the very least… Though we may not know each other personally, I very much value you as a person and would be very sad to see your words cease from falling into my feed. So if you are inclined, find peace in your isolation and outside of the world, but know that you are welcome and wanted here as well. 🙂

      (Maybe that was not your intent… But personally, I have learned to find peace in solitude… Beauty in isolation and the perspective it provides)
