why sit on the side-lines
watching
other people
as your life drifts
away, sedentary
isolated
disengaged
why let your gaze roam
feasting
on families
laughing and smiling
sharing tales
connected
united
why do you dream
your days
away
with hopes of change
suspended in
a fog of
inactivity
why not make a move
join in
and socialise
partake in activities
the burden
of change
is on you
