More vlog-ing blogging

I’m being very brave in sharing my videos, I’ve always hated listening to myself in any sort of recording but I guess the fact that I’m posting these means I have accepted that part of me also.

I have a new found respect for the vlog people, it’s so hard to think of what to say! This may be an experiment never to be repeated.

Love the vlogs! I’m not surprised you were a little tired but you looked good after that run (I wouldn’t make it half a mile, and even then I’d be looking like I’d been dragged through a hedge backwards after). Love that you stopped for an awesome ice-cream later, definitely a good idea! 😀

Thanks Caz, it was a good run, a little too hot but with a gentle breeze. Think what really killed me was running across the beach… I cannot think why I thought that was a good idea!
My after vlog was post shower that’s why I looked good! 😀

Shhh, tell everyone it was the second you walked in the house after the run that you looked so good 😉
I struggled to walk on the beach when I went, let alone run, so you did well! xx
