Thinking about a plan

With my second book now published (and incidentally it really is very good!) I’m at a point of reflection and contemplation, compounded by various life events which also make one take stock of their current situation.  I’m taking a step back from actively working Twitter and Pinterest and allowing myself space to breathe, to relax and to actually think about what my life plan involves and how to approach it.

This is not just about my writing, I’m talking about a holistic view covering every aspect of my life!  No big deal.

But it is also about my writing and about where I go from here.  Whether I begin to submit my work to more publishers or competitions, or focus on building a following?  Whether I experiment with different poetic forms or go back to using prompts?

There’s a lot to consider but while I have no deadlines and no distractions I can, at least, start thinking.
