Creative den

Good morning!

I’ve been a bit absent lately because of the Christmas fair which incidently went ok… I’m not over the top enthusiastic because it was a long busy day and I’m not convinced I was sufficiently prepared. But, putting all that aside, I did sell enough to cover my costs and it means there are more people out there reading my poetry so that’s fab! And it hasn’t put me off doing another fair.

The other reason is because last week I decided that our rarely used back room needed to be decluttered and brightened up for me to use as my very own creative space, so I’ve been busy sorting, cleaning, tidying, and buying bright and sparkly things to make the space beautiful.

I’m not redecorating but will have new curtains which coordinate nicely with the pale green walls, a lovely snuggle seat (hopefully in yellow, but maybe grey if the yellow is the wrong shade), and sparkly mirror, clock, picture frames. . . I’m very excited about this transformation!

  1. You should pat yourself on the back with the fair, it’s a learning curve and I think you should be proud! And good luck with the room revamp! Looking forward to seeing some ‘after’ pics 🙂
